First Floor

On the first floor, you'll find a very large and light living room with a very comfortable design couch and fauteuil. On the back side of the first floor, a study/bedroom with an extra bed is situated.

Second Floor
On the second floor there are two more large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. In between the bedrooms there's a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a (separate from the bath) shower. The second toilet is separated from the bathroom.

Roof terrace

The upper staircase take you right to the rooftop, with a nice and sunny roof-terrace. On the terrace, there is both a café table with four chairs (Paris style) and a relaxing sitting area.

Basement

Via stairs on the ground floor, the basement is accessible. It is a one room basement that can either be used as a storage place or extra room (10m2).

Garage

From the extra room in the basement, you can access the large garage. The garage is also accessible by bike/car via a speedgate (with remote) and can be completely locked. There is room for one car in the garage. It is possible to buy a permit for a second parking space (in the street).

IJburg is a relatively new part of Amsterdam and well known for its modern and diverse architecture. IJburg is a peninsula and is located on the coast of the IJmeer (former sea). Both the coast as well as the diverse nature of the “Diemerpark” and the “Diemervijfhoek” is on walking distance from the house. Great for walking or hiking.
